Why I Loved It:
The chicken momos were juicy and flavorful inside, with a soft, slightly chewy wrapper. The filling had a nice balance of minced chicken, fresh herbs, and light spices. The chutney served on the side was spicy and tangy, adding an extra kick to each bite

“The noodles were perfectly cooked — not too soft, not too hard .

Chicken Lollipop & Lime Soda

Why I Loved It:
“The chicken lollipops were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The marination was bold, slightly spicy, and super flavorful 

The lime soda was refreshing and balanced the spiciness well. 

 

Mix Fried Rice & Chilli Chicken

My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)

Why I Loved It:
“The mix fried rice was full of flavors and had a great balance of veggies, egg, and small pieces of chicken.

The chilli chicken was spicy, saucy, and had a slight crunch on the outside — just how I like it! It paired really well with the fried rice and made every bite exciting.

Crispy Corn

My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5)

Why I Loved It:


“The crispy corn was super crunchy and full of flavors! Each kernel was coated perfectly and had a slightly sweet, spicy, and tangy taste. The fresh onions, capsicum, and spring onions on top added a nice freshness and crunch.

It’s a great starter to munch on while waiting for the main dishes.

Ambience at Beijing Bites, Siliguri

“The ambience at Beijing Bites is colorful and cozy! I loved the pretty hanging umbrellas and Japanese-style lanterns — they give a very vibrant and cheerful feel as soon as you walk in.
